Nearly two decades after leaving the Mississippi National Guard in 1996, Michael Andrew Kergosien opened two businesses. In 2016, Michael Andrew Kergosien opened Tiny Homes Sales and RV Park and Kergos Construction & Design.
At Tiny Homes Sales and RV Park, Mr. Kergosien was involved in the daily development, management, and operation of the tiny home and RV park until 2022. He was the first to build these types of homes in McCurtain County, Oklahoma. Presently, he assists clients with building their dream homes as head of Kergos Construction & Design. Two years later, he opened Watson 170, and today, he oversees its land development process and resources.
Mr. Kergosien is a member of the Victory Life Church and participates in the Army Reserves, Mississippi Army National Guard, and the US Navy Reserves. He has been recognized for his service, having received the Army Service Ribbon, the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Mississippi War Medal, the Mississippi Longevity Medal, the Mississippi Service School Medal, the Kuwait Service Medal, the Sharpshooter Medal, and the Cold War Service Medal. He also received a Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal.
Mr. Kergosien sails, travels, and enjoys fine dining in his free time. He resides in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
